§ 1-1-12. EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEAL.

All ordinances of the City of Apache Junction except those specially exempted in this article, now in force and effect are hereby repealed effective at 12:01 a.m. on the first day of July, 1979, but all rights, duties and obligations created by the ordinances shall continue and exist in all respects as if this code had not been adopted and enacted.
